Your beautifully designed wedding cake will be carefully and expertly delivered and setup by a cake designer, (oftentimes Lynette herself). The manner in which we schedule the timing of delivery and setup ensures that your beautiful wedding cake will not be sitting out any longer than necessary, prior to the start of your reception.

We arrive at the reception location in a professional and prepared manner with our own on-site transport cart and all of the tools and item we will need for a smooth setup. We typically plan to spend about an hour at your reception location. Many of our designs require us to do the finishing touches on-site, such as the placement of fresh flowers, ribbon, cake topper, etc., and we don’t want to rush these important final touches.

Note: If using fresh flowers and greenery on your cake and cake table, you will need to arrange with your florist to have the floral stems and greenery waiting in water by the cake table prior to our arrival time.

We do all of the floral placement on the cake and around the cake table. If you would also like other items on your cake or cake table, (topper, ribbon, candles, cake server, etc.), please have those items waiting for us at the cake table as well. We will take the time, care and attention to detail to place these final touches for you, so that when we depart, your beautiful cake (and the table it is sitting on), is "picture perfect" and awaiting your arrival.

Our expert, "hands-on" and well-prepared approach also minimizes the potential for accidents and mishandling. We’ve heard the horror stories of how others use delivery drivers that do nothing more than the "wedding cake drop-off and run" as if they were delivering a package - and at a time that’s convenient for them, which may be hours and hours prior to your reception time. No final touches, no attention to detail. If something "unfortunate" happens in the process, they can’t fix it either. Remember, this is your wedding cake - your reception center piece - the most prominent and important decoration that all of your guests will see and you will be photographed by as you cut the cake and toast your marriage.
